Your records are court-bound evidence. We treat them that way.
CoPatterns processes OurFamilyWizard message reports: sensitive family-court records. Every record you upload belongs to your account alone. Isolation is enforced twice, at the database layer (row-level security) and in the application (every query is scoped to your account), and covered by tests.
Uploaded PDFs and parsed data live in encrypted-at-rest storage. Everything is retained until you delete it: deleting a report removes the stored PDF and all derived data (messages, flags, themes, entities) in the same action.
Summaries, hostility flags, themes, and entities are produced by a language model. Every request is sent with storage disabled, so the provider does not retain your message text, and we use no provider-side files, assistants, or training. AI output is a screening aid for review, never a finding of fact: anything consequential should be read in the original message, which the product always cites by message number.
Message bodies, subjects, and personal names never appear in logs or telemetry. Operational events carry identifiers and counts only. A permanent audit trail records consequential actions (uploads, deletions, analyses) on your account, readable by you.
CoPatterns is in invite-only beta. The service is provided as-is while we harden it with early users; analysis output is not legal advice, and you should verify anything you rely on against the cited messages. You can delete your reports at any time, and you can ask us to remove your account and all associated data, which we will do promptly.
